Wherever you are in your life right now in terms of how you feel about yourself, your self esteem, your level of confidence, whether you feel anxiety, stress, frustration... etc...
You must now start your journey towards changing these problems around into new learnings and experiences that serve you from now on...
To start this process you must first accept these problems and fully come to terms with your current life circumstances; Its only once you do this you can start moving towards what you want, allowing you to measure your ongoing results and overcome limitations more easily.
First, lets focus on what you really want because this is much more important. You want to move towards what you want, not what you don't want.

What are some of the feelings, beliefs and new habits that you really want for yourself and to experience in your life? What will truly full-fill you if you had it right now? And what would these experiences be like once you have them?
Write out a small list.
Now that you have become clearer about what you want and how you will feel once you have it. Let us figure out what gets in your way of achieving these goals.
Write down a list and think of all the habits, beliefs and/or actions that you do or feel on a daily basis that prevent you from achieving your goals.
What limitations do you have right now?
And If they weren't there, how much closer would you be to achieving your goals?
How much more easier would it be to create what you want, without limitations?
As you address your limitations you may find that they come in forms of...
"I want to achieve this, but...."
Or...
""I cant create a better life, because..."
Figure out and write down a list of all the things that prevent you from gaining what you really want.
Once you begin to become aware of these hindrances, you will be able to learn from them in ways that empower you, and use these positive new learnings to make you stronger and move closer towards your future achievements.
Remember, that it is more important to focus on and move towards what you want to create in your life!
Its not a good thing to wait, but its not a good thing to rush either.
Don't invest your time and energy in negative emotions anymore, only use them as a means of reminding you of what you have set out to create in your life.
