Low self esteem can have drastic effects on a persons life. Thats why it's so useful to gain higher self esteem right now...

Negative Behaviors

This could be about your capabilities, your worth, past experiences or future goals. Anything any other human being has done you can do aswell, thats why low self esteem is insignificant. All it takes is for you to start using your body in new ways to make yourself feel better. The great thing about this is you can do this in an INSTANT! I mean RIGHT NOW, start using your body in positive ways. Do a silly dance and make yourself laugh. Good self esteem boils down to putting a smile on your face.


Negative Thoughts

Another useless trait of low self esteem. Imagine if you were charged for every thought that you had. For every positive thought you were given $10 and for every negative thought you were charged $100, would you still like to have negative thoughts? For the most part negative thoughts will suck your good feelings away and (as a metaphor) empty out your wallet or purse if your not careful. Stop negative thoughts or you'll be emotionally broke for a long time.


Negative Feelings

Negative feelings are a result of having negative thoughts. If you have a negative thought you can guarantee you will feel a negative feeling. If you want to change this start having positive thoughts and you'll start to have positive feelings. Purposely spend a few minutes a day to think some positive thoughts about yourself. It doesn't matter how large or small, just do it! You'll feel much better for it :)


With these three traits that make up your overall self image and self esteem, you can change these around and start using them in positive directions that serve you RIGHT NOW. Whenever you catch yourself moving your body negatively, thinking negatively or having a negative feeling, STOP, and do the positive opposite instead!

Start thinking positive thoughts, move your body in ways that make you smile! Doing these things regularly will allow you to feel good. With repetition you will interrupt low self esteem symptoms once and for all and wake up to the horizon of creating a happier life.

The key here is once you make yourself feel good, praise yourself for it. Allow your feelings of self appreciation to expand.
