The Power Of Positive Beliefs! :-)

Hello,

Today let's talk about the power of beliefs!

Many people don't understand what beliefs are, what they do or the great impact they have on a persons behaviours, feelings, thoughts and capability.

Your beliefs act like a gate to your inner resources as a human being...

If you believe that you are a confident person, you will view the world through this belief and your mind will offer you confident resources to make your life and situations more easier to deal with.

On the contrary to this, if you believe that you are incapable, your beliefs will act like a self fulfilling prophesy. Your negative beliefs will put you into a limited frame of mind, where the only resources you can access are those that match your negative beliefs.

By virtue of building new positive beliefs, you are able to expand your frame of mind to higher levels of awareness and possibility.

A belief is an idea that you have about yourself - that you pre-suppose to be true!

In other words, if you pre-suppose that your going to fail before you even try, it isn't necessarily a fact that your going to fail, but it's because you pre-supposed that your a failure which is going to determine your results in given situations.

Beliefs automatically guide your thinking, feeling and behaving.

When you convince your mind that you can succeed, feel happier, create the relationship and wealth you desire, you will build new beliefs and unlock inner resources that support you to get what you want out of your life.

A great way to build new beliefs and convince your mind of something new is through the act of repetition.

You can repeat something over and over again and the more times you do it successfully, the more you will begin to believe that you can feel different about things to succeed.

The other way to build new beliefs is through mental rehearsal. If you continuously rehearse yourself feeling happy, succeeding in life and creating the results you deserve, your mind will eventually become convinced of your new beliefs to create more happiness.

Let's go through a little exercise for you to convince your mind for success and build new positive beliefs.

1. Think about a new belief that you would like to cultivate.

(It can be anything, for example: "I am a successful person" "You are a capable individual" "I am an attractive person" "You are successful speaker" etc...)

2. Remember a time when you demonstrated the right attitudes, behaviours and feelings that would best represent this new belief.

(For example, If you wanted to feel more attractive, you would remember a time in your past when you felt more attractive, had positive thoughts like an attractive person and behaved like an attractive person. Imagine stepping into yourself all over again and notice what it feels like to take on this perspective all over again as a new belief.)

3. Remember a time when you attracted positive results into your life automatically, as a result of having the attitudes and behaviours of this new belief.

(For example: You would remember a time when someone found you attractive, without you even trying to be attractive at all. So maybe you were just minding your own business when someone came along and gave you a positive compliment, which allowed you to feel like an attractive person. This is like 'magnetism' through the use of your beliefs.)

4. Imagine a future scenario of yourself having the attitudes and feelings that would best represent this new belief.

(For example: Imagine yourself feeling attractive in the future, going out and meeting new people and notice the positive effects you have on your environment with the new thoughts, behaviours and feelings that allow you to present this new belief.

This simple technique works very well because you take positive feelings from your past, utilize times when you attracted positive opportunities and you also create positive goals for the future.

It helps to convince your mind of these three different things.

That you were able to create something positive in the past.

That you were able to attract something positive in the past (without any effort)

That you ARE able to imagine yourself in the future living with the beliefs that you want.


By doing this 3 step process over and over again, your mind begins to become convinced of the new beliefs that you are designing in. Eventually your mind will begin to pre-suppose it to be true, to the point where you have immediate access to it in the real world.

Do this exercise once a day for about 2-3 weeks from steps 1-4.

This exercise and many others are integrated into my 'Hypnotic Confidence' Hypnosis Audio Session which makes it much easier for you to design in new beliefs.

You are put into a deep hypnotic state where your mind can easily accept positive suggestions as my voice guides you through many different positive scenarios, like the ones we just went through to build positive beliefs.

Try out this exercise yourself and notice how you feel much better about your life.
